Welcome to St. Gerard School and thank you for inquiring!  All prospective families should contact Mrs. Marta Truex concerning enrollment.  You may stop by the school or call the office at 419-222-0431 to obtain an enrollment application. 

When enrolling, all new families are asked to bring the following documents for their child or children: 

• birth certificate
• baptismal certificate (if applicable)
• previous school records and report cards
• proof of custody (if applicable) 
• proof of residence.
