Hi, I am currently in my tenth year of teaching at St. Gerard School. I have taught second, third, and fourth grade. This year I am teaching second grade.
My hometown is Kalida, Ohio. After getting married, I moved to Columbus Grove, Ohio, which is my husband’s hometown. My husband Eric and I have two daughters named Jade and Rose.
After high school, I pursued my career in education at Bowling Green State University. When I graduated from BGSU, I began teaching at St. Gerard School. I continued classes and received my masters of education from the University of Findlay. Due to a great interest in teaching reading and special needs, I have also added a reading endorsement and completed the intervention specialist licensure program.
Teaching at St. Gerard School is a great experience, both professionally and spiritually. The students and staff make me smile each day.
